Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks to guarantee consistent delivery of service quality and productivity.
- Lead ongoing improvement and transformation projects throughout warehouse and logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with crucial customers to secure retention and satisfaction, while proactively managing contract renewals and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Manage overall profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities by enforcing cost control, budgeting, and fiscal discipline.
- Implement gain-sharing and cost optimization strategies beneficial to both DHL and its customers.
- Optimize resources by aligning workforce, warehouse facilities, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Promote capability development and cultivate a culture aimed at high operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and risk management protocols across all operations.
- Utilize data analytics, innovative technology, and problem-solving approaches to address logistical challenges and improve outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations with extensive leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in overseeing large-scale, multi-location operations with associated P&L accountability.
- Strong strategic planning abilities combined with effective execution skills.
- Capability to lead sizable teams and influence cross-departmental stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain solutions.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving talents.
