Key Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks to guarantee consistent delivery of service quality and productivity.
• Lead ongoing improvement and transformation projects throughout warehouse and logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with crucial customers to secure retention and satisfaction, while proactively managing contract renewals and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
• Manage overall profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities by enforcing cost control, budgeting, and fiscal discipline.
• Implement gain-sharing and cost optimization strategies beneficial to both DHL and its customers.
• Optimize resources by aligning workforce, warehouse facilities, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
• Promote capability development and cultivate a culture aimed at high operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and risk management protocols across all operations.
• Utilize data analytics, innovative technology, and problem-solving approaches to address logistical challenges and improve outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations with extensive leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in overseeing large-scale, multi-location operations with associated P&L accountability.
• Strong strategic planning abilities combined with effective execution skills.
• Capability to lead sizable teams and influence cross-departmental stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain solutions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving talents.
