Key Responsibilities
As the FOB Account Coordinator, you will spearhead the entire end-to-end FOB supply chain for a select portfolio of key customers. Your role involves close collaboration with commercial, operations, procurement, and logistics teams based in the UK, US, and Asia. You will manage orders from production initiation through to delivery, keep clients updated, proactively resolve issues before they escalate, and ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. This role provides high visibility within the company and is ideal for someone adept at nurturing relationships and managing multiple priorities to drive progress.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and commercially astute professional armed with experience in supply chain, customer service, account coordination, or similar operational functions. You should be comfortable liaising with international clients, skilled in analyzing data via Excel, and motivated to deliver excellent service quality. The role requires a proactive attitude, resilience in a dynamic environment, and a passion for taking ownership of challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
