Excel Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for an Excel Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely. The role involves working 10 to 40 hours per week with compensation ranging between $40 and $55 per hour. You will be instrumental in reviewing and improving complex Excel workbooks vital to business operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance complex Excel spreadsheets to support business operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Offer comprehensive feedback and demonstrate optimal Excel practices tailored to operational use cases.
• Create, document, and distribute Excel templates or solutions designed for AI training and learning.
• Work closely with various teams to pinpoint important workflows and operational challenges within Excel files.
• Use advanced Excel capabilities to model and simulate real-world business scenarios.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and automation techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in building Excel-based solutions in business operations or consulting contexts.
• Strong analytical capabilities for resolving complex business challenges unrelated to finance through Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a keen eye for details.
• Proven competence in data analysis, scenario modeling, and optimizing workflows using Excel.
