Role Overview
The Executive Office Manager will support the CEO by managing the executive office operations, facilitating follow-ups, coordinating initiatives across departments, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Develop agendas, executive summaries, and document meeting minutes.
- Monitor and follow up on strategic projects across various departments.
- Create executive reports and prepare presentations.
- Enhance existing systems, standard operating procedures, and workflows for executives.
- Protect CEO's focus by managing and prioritizing incoming requests and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Between 5 and 8 years of experience supporting senior executives such as CEOs, Founders, or Managing Directors.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management tools, and AI-driven productivity applications.
