Overview
Danube Properties is looking for an Executive Assistant who can support senior leadership at a high level. The role requires strong organization, a proactive approach to calendar coordination, and the ability to handle communication, documentation, and meeting preparation on behalf of executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate schedules efficiently.
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing relevant materials and logistics.
- Handle emails and document-related requests on behalf of executives.
- Prepare slides, meeting summaries, and other business documents for leadership use.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Support stakeholder coordination and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable level of experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Background in handling multiple priorities, administrative tasks, and coordination work.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing several tasks at once with strong follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
