About the Role
Join a renowned global financial institution specializing in wealth management, known for its strong governance, collaborative culture, and dedication to high-quality client service. The role focuses on ensuring seamless client onboarding by managing documentation reviews and coordinating with multiple departments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare onboarding paperwork accurately in line with Front Office needs.
- Examine client documents to ensure they comply with internal policies and AML/KYC regulatory standards.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on documentation requirements.
- Work closely with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to resolve onboarding challenges.
- Ensure a compliant and efficient onboarding process for clients.
- Assist with special projects and process enhancement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or banking operations.
- Solid understanding of AML/KYC guidelines, including MAS 626 regulations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and capability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning internal systems.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with APAC stakeholders and clients.
