Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our TATA AIA LIFE INSURANCE team. This role focuses on cultivating client relationships, actively pursuing leads, and maximizing sales to boost business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of insurance sales advisors and leaders.
