About the Role
A rapidly expanding boutique management consulting firm based in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique chance to join a reputable organization focused on delivering strategy, business transformation, and operational excellence to family-owned enterprises and SMEs.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive new consulting business opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Forge and nurture lasting relationships with company Owners, CEOs, Chairmen, and senior leadership teams.
- Create consulting leads through strategic networking efforts and relationship development.
- Represent the firm at high-level executive forums and networking functions.
- Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee proposal processes.
- Collaborate closely with consulting teams to ensure client engagement success.
- Meet or exceed set revenue targets and growth goals.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in Business Development, Consulting, or other Professional Services sectors.
- Proven track record of securing new business within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Strong existing network within Riyadh's private sector.
- Experience in selling consulting, advisory, or transformation services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of engaging executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation capabilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
- Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Saudi nationals are especially encouraged to apply.
- Experience collaborating with family-owned businesses.
- Existing contacts within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
- Background in management consulting.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range from SAR 25,000 to SAR 30,000.
