About the Role

A rapidly expanding boutique management consulting firm based in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia. Job Responsibilities

Drive new consulting business opportunities throughout Saudi Arabia.
Forge and nurture lasting relationships with company Owners, CEOs, Chairmen, and senior leadership teams.
Create consulting leads through strategic networking efforts and relationship development.
Represent the firm at high-level executive forums and networking functions.
Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
Lead commercial negotiations and oversee proposal processes.
Collaborate closely with consulting teams to ensure client engagement success.
Meet or exceed set revenue targets and growth goals.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in Business Development, Consulting, or other Professional Services sectors.
Proven track record of securing new business within the Saudi Arabian market.
Strong existing network within Riyadh's private sector.
Experience in selling consulting, advisory, or transformation services.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of engaging executive stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation capabilities.
Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

Saudi nationals are especially encouraged to apply.
Experience collaborating with family-owned businesses.
Existing contacts within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
Background in management consulting.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary range from SAR 25,000 to SAR 30,000.
