About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team at Rutvi Associates, working primarily with TATA AIA Life Insurance. This position focuses on developing strong customer relationships, tracking leads, and leveraging sales opportunities to accelerate business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance advisors and leaders to meet company goals.
- Set realistic sales targets and ensure both individual and team targets are achieved.
