Job Overview
This role aims to significantly increase revenues from both new and existing clients by cultivating strong relationships and presenting Aramex's solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate sales leads aligned with marketing efforts to drive targeted revenue expansion.
- Engage with prospects and customers within assigned regions using a value-driven sales approach.
- Maintain and grow existing customer partnerships to secure ongoing and expanded revenue, including exploring new markets and products.
- Deeply understand customers' overall business goals to advise and align Aramex's offerings accordingly.
- Convert customer strategies into practical opportunities that add value for Aramex.
- Effectively present solutions demonstrating benefit and alignment with customer objectives.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with key contacts in target organizations to maximize business influence.
- Collaborate with solution teams to create innovative and value-added services for clients.
- Coordinate closely with account managers to provide customers with a seamless sales experience.
- Conduct full sales cycle activities and maintain accurate customer data using CRM tools.
- Network with industry peers and internal teams to exchange best practices and insights.
- Continuously research industry trends, marketing tactics, and sales methods to enhance capability and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
- At least three years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in logistics or shipping sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting both organizational and personal sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience collaborating with global and local leaders to set both short-term and strategic commercial goals.
