Overview
This role is for an Administrative Officer supporting a school’s daily operations in Dubai. The position is outsourced and runs for a fixed contract period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the school’s routine administrative activities, covering admissions support, student record management, attendance monitoring, and coordination of facilities-related tasks.
- Make sure school policies, records, and internal procedures align with KHDA expectations, including school improvement planning, self-evaluation form preparation, and readiness for inspection.
- Serve as the main contact for KHDA and other government bodies on matters such as licensing, permits, renewals, and required regulatory filings.
- Keep student information and academic records accurate, secure, and confidential at all times.
- Assist with HR-related administration, including employee documents, contracts, onboarding activities, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Oversee operational budgets, purchasing activities, and relationships with vendors supporting school functions.
- Respond to parent communications, manage general enquiries, and help resolve complaints in a timely manner.
