Role overview
This outsourced opportunity is for a Social Media Video Content Creator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role sits within the Corporate Communications function and focuses on producing compelling, social-first video content that supports both internal and external communication needs. The salary offered is AED 15,000 to AED 20,000.
What you will do
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit polished video content for both internal and external communication channels.
- Produce short-form, platform-friendly videos such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style content, along with event recaps, interviews, and campaign videos.
- Work quickly on edits and repurpose content for different formats and distribution channels.
- Make sure every asset matches the brand’s voice, tone, and visual standards.
- Coordinate with in-house stakeholders and outside collaborators whenever required.
Candidate profile
We are seeking a hands-on videographer and content creator who can translate stories into engaging visual content. The ideal person will have strong storytelling ability, be confident working in fast-moving environments, and be comfortable capturing live moments, leadership messages, major announcements, employee features, and key events.
Mandatory experience and skills
- At least 7 years of professional experience in videography or video content creation.
- Proven exposure to FMCG, B2C, lifestyle, or product/service-driven brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event coverage, social media videos, interviews, and narrative-driven content.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and the best video formats for each channel.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Comfort and confidence in working during live events.
