Role Overview

This position is for an experienced backup and integrations support professional who will work with Veeam-based enterprise environments, including cloud integrations across AWS and Azure. The role is focused on L2/L3 support activities rather than first-level support.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain backup workflows and integrations across Veeam, AWS, and Azure.
Handle second- and third-level support issues; this role does not include L1 support.
Investigate and resolve backup job failures.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring or critical incidents.
Support tape library technologies such as MSL and StoreOnce, along with similar systems.
Work on SAN connectivity-related troubleshooting and validation.
Coordinate escalations and follow-ups with Veeam support teams.
Support operations in an enterprise-scale backup environment.
