Veeam L2/L3 Support Engineer

Role Overview

This position is for an experienced backup and integrations support professional who will work with Veeam-based enterprise environments, including cloud integrations across AWS and Azure. The role is focused on L2/L3 support activities rather than first-level support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain backup workflows and integrations across Veeam, AWS, and Azure.
• Handle second- and third-level support issues; this role does not include L1 support.
• Investigate and resolve backup job failures.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring or critical incidents.
• Support tape library technologies such as MSL and StoreOnce, along with similar systems.
• Work on SAN connectivity-related troubleshooting and validation.
• Coordinate escalations and follow-ups with Veeam support teams.
• Support operations in an enterprise-scale backup environment.
