About the Role

Noel Group is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our well-established client located in Liffey Valley, Dublin. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries received via telephone, email, and internal platforms.
Deliver prompt and professional assistance across various communication channels.
Accurately handle customer requests and maintain updated records.
Update and oversee data in internal databases and management systems.
Foster high customer satisfaction through effective communication techniques.
Ensure all customer engagements are conducted with professionalism and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in customer service or direct customer interaction roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside interpersonal aptitude.
Proficient IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
A calm, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.
Residency in Dublin with valid work authorization (note: no sponsorship available).
