As a Yard Person, you will handle various tasks including operating heavy machinery, maintaining yard cleanliness, and serving as backup for loading shovel operations, shipment handling, and concrete batching activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the yard area is consistently clean and well-organized.
• Act as cover for loading shovel operators when needed.
• Provide support for shipping and batching processes as required.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
• Lead by example in adhering strictly to health and safety policies and procedures; report hazards and incidents promptly; maintain a focus on safe work practices at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with machinery operation is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
