Role overview

This remote contract opportunity is for writers and authors who can help improve AI-generated writing. The work is part-time and calls for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours. Compensation is set at $49 to $61 per hour.

What you will do

• Review and refine AI-created text so it reads clearly, stays accurate, and follows the required style standards.
• Create training content and datasets that strengthen narrative flow and overall language quality for AI systems.
• Work alongside data scientists and machine learning engineers by sharing practical feedback that supports ongoing model training.
• Spot recurring issues in AI outputs, study patterns, and suggest ways to improve model quality while cutting down errors.
• Research current writing practices and industry trends to shape better AI training approaches.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• Background as a writer, author, editor, or in a similar role, backed by a solid portfolio of published work.
• Strong command of written and spoken communication, with careful attention to detail and subtle differences in tone and meaning.
• Working familiarity with AI, machine learning, or digital content creation tools.
• Ability to assess, rewrite, and improve both long-form and short-form content.
• Good planning, analysis, and time-management skills, especially when working remotely.
