Role Overview
EveryWatch is looking for an insightful journalist to partner closely with the CEO in crafting executive communications and content. The role centers on translating the CEO’s vision and expertise into impactful narratives across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, speeches, op-eds, and thought leadership publications.

Serving as the largest trusted data source in the secondary luxury watch market, EveryWatch was founded by watch enthusiasts to provide unmatched transparency and insights. It acts as a comprehensive platform catering to collectors, vendors, and aficionados of luxury timepieces.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and communications team to capture and articulate the CEO’s thoughts through various inputs including interviews and transcripts.
- Create engaging executive thought leadership material for LinkedIn, Substack, newsletters, articles, speeches, and public channels.
- Simplify complex insights about luxury watches, collecting behaviors, data analytics, cultural and economic trends into accessible content.
- Tailor the CEO’s voice and messaging for diverse audiences such as collectors, industry leaders, investors, journalists, and business professionals.
- Establish a consistent editorial schedule defining themes, formats, and timely commentary for executive communications.
- Compose, revise, and polish content ensuring authenticity and high editorial standards.
- Identify opportunities to leverage EveryWatch data and market milestones to create compelling thought leadership pieces.
- Coordinate with marketing, communications, and leadership to align content with broader brand and business objectives.
- Support development of a strong, distinctive executive point of view across all communications.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional expertise in writing, editing, and storytelling, particularly for senior executives or subject-matter experts.
- Proven skill in capturing a distinct voice without generic or overly produced writing.
- Strong editorial insight to discern timely, credible, and engaging ideas worth publishing.
- Comfort and proficiency in handling intricate or specialized content, making it accessible to both experts and general audiences.
- An interest or background in luxury markets, watch collecting, data-driven marketplaces, finance, cultural trends, or consumer behavior.
- Organized, responsive, and adept at working alongside a busy executive schedule.
- Strong listening and interview skills that translate conversations into polished content.
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and revisions.
