Role Overview
EveryWatch is looking for a sharp and insightful journalist to partner closely with the CEO in crafting executive communications and content that vividly express the CEO's vision, expertise, and voice. This involves creating compelling written materials tailored for various platforms, from LinkedIn and speeches to op-eds and other thought leadership outlets.

Key Duties
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and communications team to capture and represent his ideas, perspectives, and voice through a variety of sources including interviews, notes, and transcripts.
- Produce executive thought leadership content for multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Substack, newsletters, speeches, and other public forums.
- Interpret complex insights regarding the watch industry, luxury trends, collecting behaviors, data analysis, and broader economic or cultural themes into clear, engaging formats.
- Adjust the CEO’s messaging appropriately for diverse audiences including watch collectors, luxury sector executives, investors, journalists, and wider business communities.
- Establish a regular editorial cadence with recurring themes, content formats, article ideas, and timely commentaries for executive communications.
- Draft, polish, and refine materials that maintain authenticity while adhering to high editorial standards.
- Spot opportunities to leverage EveryWatch’s data, market insights, and company highlights to create impactful thought leadership pieces.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to align content with brand, PR, and business objectives.
- Support consistency and a unique perspective across all executive communication channels.
Required Skills and Experience
- Between five and seven years of relevant experience in writing or communications.
- Exceptional ability in writing, editing, and storytelling, especially producing content for senior executives, founders, or subject experts.
- Proven capability to capture and replicate another person's voice authentically without overproduction.
- Strong editorial acumen to assess what makes an idea timely, interesting, credible, and publishable.
- Comfort engaging with complex or specialized topics and translating them into appealing content for both specialists and general readers.
- Interest or knowledge relating to luxury goods, watches, collecting, marketplaces, data analytics, finance, culture, or consumer trends.
- Highly organized and responsive, capable of working effectively alongside a demanding executive.
- Advanced interviewing and listening skills to convert conversations into refined written materials.
- Collaborative and receptive to feedback with a humble approach to revisions.
