Freelance Content Producer

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Freelance Content Producer located in Berlin with a strong background in social media content production. This role involves executing social-first video projects locally by bringing provided scripts and creative concepts to life through independent production management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct local casting and select appropriate individuals for each creative concept.
• Manage production logistics, including location scouting and shooting schedules.
• Produce and film high-quality video content tailored for social platforms.
• Operate independently within a small, agile production setup to deliver projects efficiently.
• Understand and implement content strategies suited for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video platforms.
• Maintain clear communication with a remote creative team throughout the production process.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Reside in Berlin and possess proven experience producing and filming social media content.
• Demonstrate strong casting ability with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be resourceful, quick-thinking, and able to resolve problems effectively on-site.
• Show capability to independently translate concepts and scripts into finished productions.
• Have access to personal production equipment or a dependable camera kit.
• Communicate fluently in English; German language proficiency is highly desirable.

Du unterstützt uns bei der Umsetzung von Social-First-Videokonzepten vor Ort in Berlin. Wir liefern Skripte, kreative Konzepte und die übergeordnete kreative Richtung. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Produktion vor Ort eigenständig umzusetzen.

• Lokales Casting und Auswahl der passenden Personen für die jeweiligen Konzepte.
• Koordination von Produktionslogistik, Locations und Drehtagen.
• Produktion und Dreh von hochwertigem Social-First-Video-Content.
• Schnelles und selbstständiges Arbeiten mit einem kleinen, agilen Produktionssetup.
• Verständnis für TikTok, Instagram Reels und andere Short-Form-Plattformen.
• Klare und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit unserem remote arbeitenden Kreativteam.
