Job description
About the Role
Join us as a Producer for a fixed term of one year, working 30 hours per week, where you will drive projects forward from inception to completion. You will bring ideas to life by coordinating filming teams and ensuring productions are successfully delivered.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee shoots and digital productions from the initial check-in through to final execution.
- Develop video concepts in collaboration with our scriptwriter, always considering clients and target audiences.
- Proactively contribute to production planning, format development, and devise backup plans when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively handling timelines, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Engage with new tools, technologies, and trends—including AI in production and emerging platforms.
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and reliably within the team and with external service providers or clients.
Who You Are
- Passionate about coordinating production processes, scheduling shoots, and bringing together freelancers, clients, and team members.
- Willing and able to travel both within Germany and internationally.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in video and media production.
- Excellent communicator who maintains a professional and friendly demeanor with clients.
- Decision-maker who takes responsibility and keeps the end goal in sight.
- Fluent in German at a negotiation and ideally native level.
- Resident of Berlin.
