Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule work for mobile maintenance teams and transport operations.
- Communicate with clients professionally and ensure a high standard of service.
- Carry out accurate data entry and maintain records such as equipment action forms and training requests.
- Keep workshop quality documents up to date and support ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Manage paperwork linked to transport and craneage permits and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Handle general office administration tasks and coordinate internal equipment hire.
What You Will Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in general administration, with background exposure to maintenance or equipment operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a careful eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of the construction and maintenance industry, along with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
