Job description
Overview
Wilmar Sugar Australia Limited invites applications for the role of Work Execution Officer based at Invicta Mill in the Burdekin Region. This permanent position involves working collaboratively within the Work Execution team to support front-line operations at our sugar factory. Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP are essential.
Key Duties
- Manage parts and materials effectively to ensure availability for operational needs.
- Oversee information management processes.
- Ensure compliance with work management procedures and facilitate workflow.
- Develop and administer work schedules in coordination with Work Coordinators.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining safe working and maintenance environments.
- Experience facilitating parts and materials management, including ordering and collection during breakdowns within standard hours.
- Hands-on administrative support and accurate data entry for daily operations and maintenance meetings.
- Capability to gather and compile relevant operational information for feedback to the execution team.
- Self-driven, well-organized, proactive, and safety-conscious approach to work.
- Willingness to acquire additional skills or qualifications as necessary.
- Proficient use of SAP and other computerised maintenance management systems.
- Accuracy in completing work orders and associated permits.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with other units as needed.
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL).
- Common User Competencies.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with Kronos and SAP systems.
