Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Women's Health Clinical Recruiter who is passionate about the personal aspects of recruitment. This role values attention to detail, genuine follow-up, and ensuring candidates feel truly recognized throughout the hiring process beyond just moving through a procedural pipeline.

In this position, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for Advanced Practice Provider roles across multiple states, connecting skilled CNMs, WHNPs, and other APP professionals with clinical teams dedicated to meaningful care for women and families. You will be a vital member of a small, cooperative recruiting team where your efforts are clearly seen, valued, and linked to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Advanced Practice Provider positions.
• Identify and attract passive candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, and other specialized sources, along with developing referral networks.
• Screen resumes and perform thoughtful, personalized outreach to potential candidates.
• Conduct detailed initial interviews to determine suitability based on site-specific requirements.
• Arrange interviews involving multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Communicate proactively and consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment stages; escalate queries or issues to hiring managers and leadership as needed.
• Provide regular and ad hoc hiring status and pipeline reports to the Clinical Recruitment Manager.
• Fulfill additional duties as reasonably assigned within the scope of the position.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of focused experience recruiting in women's health is mandatory.
• Strong preference for those experienced in recruiting Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs); understanding of their scope of practice, credentialing, and compensation standards is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Relationship Management tools; familiarity with Greenhouse is beneficial.
• Competent in using Google Suite applications.
• Experienced in sourcing passive candidates across multiple recruitment channels.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills coupled with a personable, relationship-focused approach.
• Able to juggle several recruitment processes simultaneously within a dynamic, remote work environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills, capable of clearly presenting information to candidates, hiring managers, and clinical leaders.
• Proven ability to operate independently and succeed in a remote setting.
