About Diana Health
Diana Health operates a modern network of women’s health practices that partners with hospitals to improve the maternity and broader women’s healthcare experience. The organization is reshaping a conventional care model into one that is better for patients and also more supportive of providers. Its approach blends a technology-enabled, wellness-centered care program with a clinical framework designed to support continuous quality improvement and protect work-life balance for care teams. Diana Health serves clients through every stage of life, with a focus on helping women live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
Employees are backed by collaborative care teams, engaged administrators, and meaningful operational support so they can do their best work. This role is an opportunity to contribute to that mission.
Role Overview
This position is focused on keeping candidate pipelines active, engaged, and progressing smoothly. The main emphasis is on Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with physician sourcing support as needed. You will partner closely with recruiters to ensure strong handoffs, thoughtful outreach, and consistent candidate engagement. The role reports to the Clinical Recruitment Manager and also has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for physician sourcing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Source CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists, and specialized clinical communities.
- Design and run focused outreach efforts, monitor response and conversion performance, and keep pipelines active across all open markets.
- Reconnect with silver medalists and maintain communication so promising candidates do not lose momentum between touchpoints.
- Perform structured first-round screens covering licensure, availability, geographic flexibility, and compensation expectations, going beyond a simple introductory call.
- Prepare clear, well-organized candidate summaries for recruiters using the standardized screening scorecard in Greenhouse, allowing recruiters to concentrate on relationship-building.
- Keep in touch with sourced candidates between recruiter handoff stages to preserve engagement.
- Ensure sourced candidates are accurately entered and consistently updated in the ATS.
- Share daily pipeline status updates through the recruiting tracker.
- Assist with physician sourcing initiatives when requested.
- Work with the recruitment manager and clinical sourcer to support fair, rotating distribution of sourced candidates among recruiters.
Benefits
- Competitive pay package.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including HSA/FSA options.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Paid time off.
- Paid parental leave.
Diana Health Culture
- Bring a growth mindset and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
- Approach work with positivity and a helpful, solution-oriented attitude.
- Show empathy for both team members and clients.
- Take ownership and stay focused on delivering results.
- Be resourceful, practical, and willing to do what it takes to move work forward.
