Role Overview

Cutsforth is hiring a Recruiter to support end-to-end staffing efforts across open positions. In this fully remote U.S.-based role, you will work with hiring managers and the HR team to source talent, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and help ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial outreach through offer and handoff to onboarding.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $55,067 to $78,491, with pay determined by relevant years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to determine fit with role requirements
  • Carry out first-round phone screenings and record candidate qualifications
  • Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
  • Keep applicant and requisition information current and accurate in the ATS
  • Create and publish job postings on the careers site and external recruiting platforms
  • Stay in regular contact with candidates and address questions in a timely manner
  • Manage reference checks and pre-employment steps
  • Assist with offer preparation and transition details for onboarding
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and share progress updates with the CSOO and hiring managers

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar coordination role
  • 1 to 5 years of experience sourcing candidates for technical positions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage confidential information carefully and professionally
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to an applicant tracking system
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

Additional Requirements

  • Must successfully clear a background check required for cybersecurity site access
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to juggle multiple open requisitions at the same time
  • Comfort using LinkedIn, similar sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruiting software
  • High attention to detail and a strong ability to maintain accurate, confidential records
  • Customer-focused approach that supports a strong candidate experience
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
