Role overview
In this position, you will support the business with a wide range of legal matters, help safeguard compliance in day-to-day operations, and contribute to contract management, policy development, and legal research.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including lease, rental, service, purchasing, and cooperation contracts
- Support specialist departments with legal questions arising in daily business operations
- Prepare legal opinions, manage correspondence with authorities, business partners, and external attorneys, and assist with both court-related and out-of-court disputes
- Track legal deadlines and maintain contract and legal documentation
- Contribute to compliance and data protection topics, and help improve internal policies and processes
- Monitor legal changes, carry out legal research, prepare expert assessments, and summarize complex matters for management
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in business law (Bachelor of Laws) or an equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in a legal department, law firm, or corporate environment is preferred
- Solid understanding of contract law, ideally also of labor, corporate, tenancy, or data protection law
- Confident demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative, accountability, and commercial awareness
- Proficiency with standard MS Office applications
