White Collar Recruitment Consultant - Up to 100k Placements - Work From Home - Johannesburg

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. This role offers a competitive monthly salary between 35,000 and 40,000 Rand with an additional 10% commission based on placements valued between $25,000 and $100,000. Some recruiters achieve monthly billings up to $100,000 - $200,000 consistently.

Working Hours and Environment

• Working hours aligned to UK business hours: 10:00 AM to 8:15 PM (adjusted by one to two hours later than South African time depending on daylight saving changes)
• Total working week of 47.5 hours
• Daily structure includes 3.75 hours of telephone recruitment, 5 hours dedicated to research and outreach, and 1 hour allocated for training and meetings
• Collaboration with high-performing recruiters billing between $500,000 to $1 million
• Access to an exceptional dataset of lawyers globally, aiding recruitment success
• Office environment with excellent facilities and daily training provided

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in white collar recruitment, specifically within legal or similar professional sectors
• Strong personal drive and ambition
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours including some coverage of partial US business hours
