Job description
Position Overview
This role offers an opportunity to earn up to 100,000 Rand placements working primarily from home while based in Cape Town. Successful recruiters in this position are achieving billings between 100,000 and 200,000 Rand per month consistently.
Compensation and Hours
- Monthly salary between 35,000 and 40,000 Rand.
- Additional 10% commission on placements ranging from 25,000 to 100,000 USD.
- Weekly work hours total 47.5, including approximately 3.75 hours daily on calls, 5 hours on research and outreach, and 1 hour spent on training and meetings.
- Working hours align with UK timezone from 10 AM to 8:15 PM, adjusted by 1 to 2 hours later for South African daylight savings.
Work Environment and Training
- Daily training sessions are provided to support skill development.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in white collar recruitment roles.
- High level of self-motivation and drive.
- Ability to work extended hours including covering partial US time zones.
