Join We Are Legal Revolution as a White Collar Recruitment Consultant based in South Africa. This role offers a competitive monthly salary range of 35,000 to 40,000 Rand, with an additional 10% commission on placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. Recruiters here have the potential to bill between $100k and $200k monthly, consistently.

Work Schedule

• UK office hours from 10:00 AM to 8:15 PM, which translates to roughly 1 to 2 hours later in South African time depending on daylight saving.
• Expected to work 47.5 hours per week.
• Daily routine includes 3.75 hours of phone calls, 5 hours dedicated to research and outreach, plus around 1 hour for training and meetings.
