Position Overview

We are seeking a driven White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our team remotely from South Africa. This role involves recruiting high-end legal professionals with opportunities to earn substantial commissions on high-value placements.

Working Hours and Earnings

• Work schedule follows UK business hours: 10:00 AM to 8:15 PM (SA hours shift by 1-2 hours depending on daylight saving).
• Weekly working hours total 47.5.
• Monthly base salary ranges between 35,000 to 40,000 ZAR.
• Earn a 10% commission on placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 USD.
• Top recruiters in the company regularly bill between $100,000 and $200,000 monthly.

Daily Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 3.75 hours daily engaging with clients and candidates on the phone.
• Dedicate around 5 hours each day to research and outreach activities.
• Allocate 1 hour daily for training sessions and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with highly successful colleagues who generate between $500,000 to $1 million in billings.
• Utilize a leading global dataset of legal professionals, among the best of its kind worldwide.
