Werribee Site Supervisor and Casual Cleaners

About the Role

Menzies Facility Services is inviting expressions of interest for one permanent part-time cleaning supervisor and casual cleaning staff to be based in Werribee, Western Australia. The part-time supervisor will work 30 hours weekly from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, possessing experience in managing a team of cleaners and familiarity with operating various cleaning machines. Casual workers will be available on an on-call basis. Generally, shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday.

Primary Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in office spaces, facilities, and washrooms
• Handle waste collection, segregation, and proper disposal
• Conduct spot cleaning activities such as mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Clean toilets, external areas, and walkways
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Address scheduled and ad hoc client requests promptly

Eligibility and Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory
• All candidates must successfully complete a police background check
• Non-citizens or non-permanent residents must provide valid work entitlement documents, including any work hour restrictions
