We are excited to offer an opportunity for a compassionate and imaginative individual to join our care home team at TLC Care in Camberley. At TLC, our mission is to improve residents' wellbeing through excellent care combined with engaging lifestyle activities tailored to individual preferences.

Role Responsibilities

As the Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will serve as the creative lead to help residents express their interests and collaborate with the wellbeing lead to design, organise, and provide person-centred activities that bring joy and fulfilment. Your role will foster a lively environment supporting happiness, personal growth, and team unity, aligned with TLC's core values. You will work closely with team members, residents, and families under a shared one-team philosophy to continually enhance care quality and support the Leadership Team's goal of achieving outstanding standards.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a related position coordinating activity programmes, demonstrating excellent organisational, listening, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and non-verbal interaction. A fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary. Applicants with a background in occupational therapy are especially encouraged to apply.
