The role involves carrying out welding and related general tasks efficiently while making sure all work is completed on schedule, to the required specification, and with excellent quality.

Requirements

• Practical experience with one or more of the following welding methods: MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), or Flux-cored (FCAW).
• Valid White Card.
• Ability to work safely and appropriately at all times.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Comfort working to strict codes and tolerances.
• Good time management and the ability to achieve supervisor-set targets.
• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (MEM30319 or equivalent) is preferred.
