- Maintain records and supporting documents for audit readiness and traceability.
- Work with procurement, finance, suppliers, and warehouse personnel to resolve operational issues.
- Provide administrative and transactional support to warehouse functions.
- Spot and escalate any discrepancies that could affect compliance or system accuracy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or administrative support.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP, Pronto, or a comparable system.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Capacity to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.
- Experience working with inventory across more than one location, especially remote sites, is an advantage.
- Awareness of purchase order and accounts payable workflows is desirable.
- Background in manufacturing, defence, or maritime operations is preferred.
What’s Offered
- Competitive pay and a benefits package.
- Opportunities to build skills and progress your career.
- A collaborative and supportive workplace.
- Exposure to major defence and shipbuilding operations.
