Position Overview
The Faculty of Architecture at Hochschule München is seeking a part-time webmaster and staff member responsible for publication and event management. This role involves web maintenance, supporting publications like yearbooks, and managing technical and administrative support for faculty events.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Faculty of Architecture's website and digital media.
- Oversee faculty publication formats, including annual yearbooks.
- Provide technical and administrative assistance for academic and faculty events such as lecture series, symposia, and exhibitions.
- Support the dean's office with specialized administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed bachelor's-level degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Proficient with web design software, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Zoom for video communications.
- Familiarity with operating multimedia hardware for audio and video transmission and production.
- A motivated individual eager to actively collaborate with faculty and students.
- For candidates with foreign degrees, a credential evaluation by the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) is required before contract signing; early application for this evaluation is advised.
