Water Meter Reader

Role Overview

Join Cushman & Wakefield as a full-time Water Meter Reader for the Southwest region including Campbelltown and Liverpool. This position offers the chance to read water meters outdoors across numerous routes in the Northern and Northeast sectors. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately read water meters on assigned routes promptly.
• Handle all types of water meters installed at various properties.
• Minimize the number of unread meters and attempt additional readings if the count exceeds averages.
• Correctly input no-read codes and relevant comment codes wherever readings are unavailable.

Candidate Profile

• Physically fit and capable of walking 15-20 km daily along designated routes.
• Prepared to work outdoors throughout the day.
• Must hold a valid Australian work visa or equivalent authorization to work.

Additional Requirements and Checks

Selected applicants will be required to complete medical and police background checks as part of the hiring process.
