Role Responsibilities
- Ensure meticulous muster and deployment of housekeeping staff and maintain acknowledgment records for any penalties or improvement comments.
- Monitor and verify that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services adhere to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Promptly address housekeeping issues with the team each shift, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs inspecting restrooms, common areas, and development zones to assess housekeeping quality.
- Collaborate monthly with the Property Manager to review and discuss vendor performance metrics.
- Maintain and oversee pantry and reprographic equipment, ensuring proper upkeep and timely corrective action.
- Document all communications and issues in technical and housekeeping team logbooks to facilitate shift handovers.
- Perform facility inspections to identify required maintenance or service actions.
- Prepare and distribute weekly rosters for Helpdesk, Front Office, and Mail Room teams in advance of work schedules.
- Strictly comply with organizational policies, processes, procedures, and statutory documentation requirements.
- Maintain adherence to agreed SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with the Engineering team for technical support and issue resolution as necessary.
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) routines per schedule and complete associated checklists diligently.
Eligibility and Education
Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or be any graduate.
