Role overview
Soho House is hiring a Waste Collector for Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton. This position is central to keeping the site clean, safe, and hygienic for members, guests, and colleagues. The job involves gathering, separating, and removing waste in line with company procedures, sustainability goals, and health and safety requirements.
It is a practical, hands-on role that suits someone dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive about maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Key duties
- Remove general, recyclable, and hazardous waste according to company standards and local authority rules.
- Separate waste correctly to help recycling and sustainability efforts.
- Keep waste collection points, bins, and storage areas clean and orderly.
- Help clean and maintain waste handling equipment and vehicles where needed.
- Escalate overflowing bins, storage problems, or any health and safety concerns to a supervisor without delay.
- Work safely when collecting, moving, and disposing of waste by following all health and safety procedures.
- Provide support to other teams with cleaning or waste-related tasks as required.

Compensation
The UK pay range for this role is £14.50 to £14.50 per hour.
