JCB VERTRIEB & SERVICE GmbH is the exclusive JCB sales and service partner for large parts of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as sections of Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, with its headquarters in Frechen near Cologne. The company is currently looking for a washer for construction machinery to join its Frechen branch as soon as possible.

Role overview

In this position, you will take care of cleaning, preparing, and maintaining rental construction equipment. The role also includes checking returned machines, handling attachments, and supporting smooth handover and return processes together with the rental fleet team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, and prepare rental machines for continued use.
• Receive construction machinery back from rental service and carry out an initial inspection.
• Fit or replace attachments on excavators and wheel loaders.
• Perform minor assembly tasks and small repair jobs as part of daily work.
• Coordinate with the rental fleet team to ensure machines are handed out in proper condition.

Requirements

• Practical experience with construction machinery or formal training in this field is an advantage.
• You should bring a strong sense of teamwork and reliability.
• Interest in construction machines and equipment is important.
• A customer-friendly, independent way of working is expected.
• Technical understanding and a solution-focused approach are required.
