Role overview
This role sits within a fast-moving warehouse operation that helps keep store supply running smoothly. The focus is on accurate picking, handling, and movement of goods across a wide range of product types, all while supporting a strong customer journey through reliable stock flow.
The position suits someone who enjoys an active working day, is keen to learn, and can thrive in a high-energy environment. You will be expected to work to clear performance expectations and receive a structured training plan to help you settle in quickly.
Key duties
- Work flexible shifts across a warehouse that operates 24/7, following a 3-week rota designed to support better work-life balance.
- Pick, move, and load both food and non-food items.
- Make sure goods are received, stored, packed, and transported to a high standard.
- Carry out work in both normal ambient areas and temperature-controlled sections.
- In selections work, pick products onto pallets based on store demand.
- Use a voice-guided headset system to receive instructions on where to go and what to pick.
- Meet structured daily performance targets and complete assigned tasks each shift.
What we are looking for
- Comfort using manual handling equipment such as an order picker forklift.
- A positive, adaptable approach to work.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, though not essential.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced setting.
Pay and benefits
The company provides a transparent pay structure designed to support equal pay across roles. Hourly pay starts at €15.40 and rises to €17.90 after 3 years, with additional supplementary pay for certain hours and days.

Pay progression
Year 1: basic rate €15.40; €19.25 for unsocial hours; €23.10 for overtime/sundays; €30.80 for bank holidays.
Year 2: basic rate €16.20; €20.25 for unsocial hours; €24.30 for overtime/sundays; €32.40 for bank holidays.
Year 3: basic rate €16.90; €21.13 for unsocial hours; €25.35 for overtime/sundays; €33.80 for bank holidays.
Year 4: basic rate €17.90; €22.38 for unsocial hours; €26.85 for overtime/sundays; €35.80 for bank holidays.
