Overview
This role sits at the heart of a store focused on delivering a great shopping experience from the office to the sales floor. It is well suited to someone who enjoys leading by example and wants to take the next step in their retail management career.
What you will do
- Assist the Store Manager with the everyday running of the store
- Work towards key performance targets and business goals
- Lead, encourage, and build up the store team
- Keep the shop floor looking well presented at all times
- Make sure stock is available in the right quantities
- Deliver consistently strong customer service
What you need
- Completion of the Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of management experience in a busy, fast-moving setting
- A full driving licence
- A genuine interest in working in a varied, high-pressure environment where targets and deadlines matter
- Strong communication and people skills
- Availability to work different shift patterns
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred, though not essential if you bring the right attitude
