About the Role
Arthrex is an international medical device organization known for developing new products and supporting medical education in orthopedics. This warehouse position is part of a team that helps keep materials moving smoothly so surgeons can treat patients better.
The role is based in Bukit Merah, Singapore and reports to the Logistic Lead. It is a one-year contract position and the incumbent must be available for standby when needed.
What You Will Do
- Handle the full flow of warehouse work, including receiving, sampling, staging, storing, issuing, shipping, cycle counting, pack-out work, and processing related paperwork.
- Accept incoming materials while following the required safety, health, and environmental procedures.
- Prepare and stage items according to delivery and picking instructions, then release them to the correct destination or transport partner.
- Record transactions accurately, enter information into SAP, and maintain proper document filing.
- Carry out pack-out operations and keep the pack-out area clean and compliant.
- Clean and sanitize pack-out rooms and isolators, and note temperature and humidity readings when required.
- Complete delivery documents correctly according to instructions.
- Allocate appropriate stock/bin locations for new products in the medical warehouse.
- Perform inventory cycle counts, document variances, and follow operating procedures.
- Complete cycle stocktaking every 3 months and take corrective action when major deviations are found to prevent repeat issues.
- Manage loaner sets, including instrument, implant, and consumable kits, from receipt through inspection and return to storage.
- Monitor loaner inventory and replace items with longer shelf-life products when expiry is approaching.
- Update the system for missing, damaged, or replenished items in loaner sets.
What We Are Looking For
- High school education or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Prior exposure to medical device loaner set handling.
- Experience in a medical or FMCG environment is preferred.
- Previous work with third-party logistics providers is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GDPMDS is preferred, although compliance with the requirement is expected.
