Role Overview
This newly established role supports Arthrex's expanding presence in Auckland by delivering clinical and technical assistance in the operating theatre alongside an experienced sales team. The position involves active participation in surgical support, contributing to outstanding patient outcomes, and driving growth within New Zealand’s healthcare market. Arthrex seeks applicants from diverse healthcare backgrounds including Orthopaedic Theatre Nurses, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Exercise Physiologists, and other related professionals aiming to transition into the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to implement New Zealand's commercial strategy while meeting territory goals.
- Offer direct clinical support during surgeries utilizing the Arthrex product range.
- Maintain and expand expert product knowledge, delivering training and educational sessions to healthcare practitioners.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the Auckland region.
- Manage territory operations including inventory oversight, stock audits, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee superior customer outcomes.
- Support the launch of new products via practical clinical involvement and educational activities.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and ensure adherence to all company policies and compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of relevant healthcare qualifications or demonstrable experience within the medical or allied health sectors.
- Prior clinical experience and familiarity with medical device technology, terminology, and patient care dynamics are highly advantageous.
- Strong collaborative disposition emphasizing the development of trust-centric, long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging effectively with surgeons, nursing personnel, and colleagues.
- High emotional intelligence, adept at managing diverse personalities and adapting fluidly to changing clinical settings.
- Proven abilities in time management, organizational skills, and prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
