Walk-in Hiring for Process Associate - International Voice Customer Support

We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Process Associate in an international voice-based customer support process.

Interview Details

• Date: July 27, 2026, to August 7, 2026
• Time: From 11:00 AM IST onwards
• Venue: Sutherland, ‘A1’, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai

Role Requirements and Responsibilities

• Provide international voice customer support effectively with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night and rotational shifts with weekly rotating offs.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months' experience are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Additional Information

• This position requires working from the office.
• One-way cab service and transport allowance are provided to facilitate commuting.

• Candidates who have appeared for a Sutherland interview from June 1, 2026, onwards are not eligible for this walk-in.
