Infosys BPM is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive specifically for fresh graduates with a commerce background including B.Com, BBA, or BBM from graduating years 2022 to 2025. This opportunity is for candidates skilled in Hindi voice communication based in Mysore and involves working in the Income Tax voice process in onsite office settings.

Interview and Application Details

• Interview Date: 18th July 2026 (Saturday)
• Reporting Time: Between 09:30 AM and 11:00 AM (entrance closes after 11:30 AM)
• Two interview rounds: Aptitude assessment requiring a PAN card from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a face-to-face HR and operations screening from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
• Applicants must register online beforehand to obtain a Candidate ID and mention it atop their resume. Candidate ID is mandatory for entry.

Eligibility and Restrictions

• Only freshers with no more than 6 months of work experience and graduation year between 2022 and 2025 are eligible
• Postgraduate degrees including MBA, MCA, M.Com, or degrees like BCA, BSc, BE, B.Tech are not considered
• Applicants must have completed all semesters' results by the application date
• Work experience and graduation timelines should not overlap

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Full-time education of at least 15 years is mandatory
• Handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels professionally and courteously
• Basic computer proficiency along with excellent internet navigation and research capabilities
• Strong command over English and Hindi languages with fluency in written and spoken communication
• Ability to manage multi-tasking duties including voice handling and data entry efficiently
• Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts under 24x7 operations
• Adherence to company policies with no planned long leaves within the next year
• Work mode is strictly from office; remote work is not permitted

Documents and Preparation

• Two copies of updated resumes in hard copy
• Mandatory identity proof such as PAN card or Aadhar card; PAN card specifically required for the assessment
• Face mask and earphones/headphones for the on-site interview
• Personal laptops are not allowed at the venue
