Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile, present menus, and take accurate orders.
• Promptly serve food and beverages ensuring orders are correct.
• Use POS systems for order entry and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Effective communication skills to understand guest needs, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.
• Ability to multitask by managing several tables and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of food items for assisting guests with menu questions and recommendations.
• A cooperative attitude to work well with colleagues and support overall service operations.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in hotels, high-end restaurants, or bars.
• Completion of High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
