Role Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress who is a Saudi national, you will have a vital role in delivering premium food and beverage service that embodies the energetic and upscale nature of SLS. Your duties involve providing personal, attentive service that elevates guests' dining experiences, building engaging relationships, and ensuring every visit is memorable and surpasses expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service that aligns with SLS's established standards and guest satisfaction criteria.
• Offer tailored, attentive, and professional service to create lasting guest impressions throughout their meal.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation techniques to assist guests confidently.
• Accurately handle guest orders and payments using the POS system, guaranteeing efficient and errorless service delivery.
• Keep dining areas and service stations clean, organized, and inviting, preparing equipment and supplies as needed.
• Monitor quality of food and beverages and promptly report any issues to supervisors or kitchen personnel.
• Utilize upselling strategies to enrich guest experiences and increase revenue.
• Assist with inventory management, proper equipment maintenance, and storage procedures for operational tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and F&B teams to ensure smooth and effective service operations.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols, supporting a positive team culture.
• Contribute to special events, promotions, and ongoing service enhancements to elevate the SLS dining experience.

Candidate Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in waiter or server roles, ideally within luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale dining establishments.
• Completion of high school or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or food and beverage are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, dining etiquette, and guest relations.
• Experience using POS systems accurately for order taking and payment processing.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong guest service focus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and carry trays or service equipment as required.
